Wild Recruitment has partnered up with the owners of lovely pub in their search for a Pub Manager.

It is a small and cosy place where locals enjoy meeting people over a drink, evening meal or their popular Sunday roast.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person who loves being around people and can provide great customer service.

My client offers opportunity to live in and free meals Sunday to Thursday.

Salary: \xc2\xa326000 - \xc2\xa334000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

- Managing and supervising staff on duty.
- Staff recruitment and training.
- Making sure the atmosphere in the pub is warm and welcoming
- Oversee inventory, stock levels and implementing cost-control measures.
- Managing social media and promotions
- Organising and promote events, live entertainment, and pub activities.
- Maintain health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and other legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Great leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on the customer.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including stock orders and management.
- Understanding marketing and social media promotions
- Personal Licence
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
