As a Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for analysing customer requirements and communicating effectively to ensure they understand their options. This position requires a strong background in customer service and insurance sales, with an emphasis on building relationships and trust with clients.

Responsibilities

Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients. Assist in sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Engage in telemarketing activities to promote insurance products and generate new business. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong skills in insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Proficient in market analysis and understanding customer needs. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Experience in sales administration is an advantage but not essential.
