We're looking for an experienced Property Solicitor (or licensed conveyancer) with strong expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing. This hybrid role (3 days office / 2 days home) offers 55K-60K, excellent progression, and a supportive team. You'll manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and commercial transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing. You'll handle title checks, draft contracts, liaise with all parties, submit SDLT and Land Registry applications, and ensure full compliance throughout.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple files under pressure are key. Strong communication and client care skills are essential, along with familiarity with case management systems.
