Job description


1 x37hrs Permanent (Statutory Compliance) and Head Office, L' Derry

PLUS Reserve List for any Temporary/Permanent Vacancies

We are currently using a blend of home and office working from Head Office, Derry-Londonderry which remains under review.

Essential Criteria

Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction subject.

AND

2 years' experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services.

OR

Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent )

AND

3 years' experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services.

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
