We're looking for a Property Operations Manager to join the Formby & Central Lancashire portfolio on a fixed term basis until 1st January 2026.
You'll understand how to manage operations and motivate multi-disciplinary teams across the portfolio. You'll need to bring your experience, enthusiasm, drive and determination to this exciting role. You'll have high standards for yourself and your teams, enjoy delivering and getting things done.
You'll be required to work flexibly across seven days, with regular weekend, evening, and bank holiday working.

What you'll be doing:You'll be a key member of the portfolio leadership team, leading the 'looking after' teams in the built areas across the portfolio and delivering their areas of work within the property business plan. You'll need to work with a variety of internal and external colleagues and lead a large team of staff and volunteers to achieve key performance indicators. You'll also be a key player in the delivery of projects across the portfolio, working closely with the leadership team.
You'll act as a member of the duty management team for the portfolio. This is an operational leadership role where you'll be the main point of contact for issues, incidents, or emergencies for the property on a set day. Full training and induction will be provided. You'll need the ability to balance your time to suit the portfolio's needs, and you'll be required to travel across the portfolio when required with expenses paid for as they occur.
