Position: Permanent \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time

PROPERTY MANAGER: Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager for their busy Wimbledon office.

We are seeking a keen, enthusiastic and responsible individual with a solid background in Residential Property Management and an extensive knowledge of the residential lettings industry to help with the smooth running of their extensive residential property portfolio.

For this position, you will have outstanding organisational skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.

Candidates with significant previous experience and ARLA accreditation will be given preferential consideration.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

• Must have previous Residential Property Management experience
• Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management Procedures
• Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have a full UK driving license and car
• Have some knowledge of the local area
• ARLA beneficial
