Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Responding, in a timely manner, to all enquiries received from Clients, leaseholders and other stakeholders
Preparing budgets for consideration by Clients and management of budget expenditure throughout the year
Review of year end accounts, seeking approval on these and arranging for distribution of the same
Dealing with transfer paperwork when properties change hands, including updating of Company Books and issue of Share Certificate, as applicable
Project Management of any major projects including issue of Section 20 notices and liaison with Building Surveyors and Contractors throughout
Reviewing leases and ensuring compliance with the terms contained therein
Working with the accounts team on management of arrears
Completing KPI data as required for reporting to Head of Property Management and Clients
Site inspections in line with management agreements
Attending, chairing and minuting Annual General Meetings and any Director or Resident meetings
Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation
Arranging re-active and pro-active repairs and works as needed
Working with, and providing support to, the rest of the office team
What are we looking for:
Full clean driving license and own vehicle
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and good IT skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in leasehold property management
