Senior Property Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 Residential Sales Frimley Green, Surrey Requirements: \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 estate agency experience. \xc2\xb7 Good track record of taking instructions, valuations and sales. \xc2\xb7 Full understanding of buying & selling process including conveyancing, sales follow-ups and chain chasing. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of IT and software systems. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language. \xc2\xb7 Good negotiation skills and knowledge of information required when arranging a sale, e.g. anti-money laundering checks and risk assessments. \xc2\xb7 Good letter-writing skills and recording of accurate information. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Photography & floor plan skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of legislation surrounding property sales. \xc2\xb7 Mail outs, letter dropping. \xc2\xb7 Vendor updates and viewing feedback.
