We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the manager of a small, collaborative team.

- Communicate effectively with contractors, Tenants& landlords in dealing with maintenance issues to oversee their completion in a timely manner

- Track tenancy end dates in our CRM, issue Section 21 notices, and set up tenancy renewals and new lets.

- Ensure the seamless coordination of tenant move-ins and move-outs by following detailed plans.

- Communicate with Landlords and Tenants in dealing with Tenancy Renewals

- Accurately manage fee and account data to prevent errors.

- Oversee property compliance, ensuring all legal requirements such as gas safety, electrical certificates, and landlord licenses are up to date.

- Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet safety and compliance standards.

- Work closely with the manager and director to resolve any tenant or property-related queries.

- Assist in property viewings when required, showcasing excellent customer service.
