We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be driven, confident, with a proven track record in customer service, working to deadlines and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and manage maintenance works on our properties
Inspect properties and produce landlord reports
Communicate with our clients on a professional level
Effectively deal with applicant enquiries
Process applications and conduct reference checks
Undertake general administration duties
Deal with all tenancy related matters efficiently
Must be articulate and well-spoken with excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong organisational skills
Must be disciplined and well organised with the ability to priorities effectively and work to deadlines
Must be computer literate.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel. Full training will be given in respect of internal systems.
Driving licence and vehicle is essential
