Job DetailJob ID 5474454744Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Liverpool.About the Role: Your role is to manage and coordinate the swift and efficient resolution of maintenance issues that arise for their tenants. This will be achieved through excellent organisation and fantastic communication skills, ensuring tenants feel cared for and kept up to date throughout any maintenance issues. You will directly contribute to a positive experience, delivering a service that the company can be proud of. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:Organising maintenance within the properties in your portfolioAssisting in the summer turnaround of apartments each yearMaintaining accurate file notesCreating full refurbishment work proposals for propertiesCompleting full written and photographic inventories of properties and their contentsArranging all compliance worksAbout You: This is a great role for someone already experienced in the property management with 12 months experience or more. The successful candidate must be highly organised, with a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication skills, great attention to detail, and fantastic time management.
