The Package:



Competitive basic salary of 30,000 plus OTE 2,000 (uncapped) - total 32,000 Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:30am - 1:00pm, with time off in lieu Additional team-based commission opportunities

The Role:



Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants to maintain high standards and satisfaction Organising and arranging property inspections and inventories Overseeing the check-out process, including paperwork, deposit returns, and dispute resolution Managing maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors for timely, effective solutions Handling tenancy renewals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time Ensuring ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations and lettings legislation Monitoring rent payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting maintenance budgeting Advising landlords on rent arrears and property refurbishments Overseeing refurbishment projects and managing in-house contractors

The Person:



Previous experience in

Property Management

and/or

Maintenance

(essential) A proactive and well-organised approach, with strong knowledge of lettings legislation A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively A full driving licence and access to own vehicle
