What You'll Do

In this role, you'll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing Financials

: Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate.

Maintenance Oversight

: Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.

Stakeholder Communication

: Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.

Major Works

: Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

: + Degree preferable, good standard of education required.
+ TPI Part 1 or other property qualifications desirable.

Experience

: + 3+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management.
+ Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance.

Skills

: + Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills.
+ Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus.

The salary banding for this role is 30,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience.
