Property Manager

to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

As a

Property Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential lettings portfolio. This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive approach, strong administrative skills, and the ability to problem-solve and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible property management experience.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end property management process, including maintenance coordination, compliance checks, and tenancy administration. Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with current regulations. Handle tenant inquiries professionally, maintaining excellent customer service and communication standards. Administer key documents and processes, including EICRs, gas safety certificates, EPCs, and tenancy agreements. Use

our

property management software for record-keeping and reporting. Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor appointments. Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Handling rent collection and client account queries. Handling insurance claims and deposit dispute resolution paperwork. Issue notices and assist the renewals team where needed. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell services to landlords. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in property management

or a related field (lettings / estate agency experience preferred). Strong administrative and organisational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent

customer service and phone etiquette

, with the ability to build strong relationships. Familiarity with property management software systems is a plus. Ability to

upsell services

and maximise opportunities for landlords and tenants. A

proactive problem solver

who thrives in a fast paced environment. A

full UK driving license and ideally access to a car

. Full-time 5 day working week, mainly Mon - Fri.
