Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and experienced Property Manager with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Glasgow. If you've worked in Property Factoring and have a solid understanding of property management practices (Factoring), along with familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and the Code of Conduct, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of factored properties across the Central Belt. This includes regular property inspections and site meetings with owners. We're seeking someone who's highly organised, with great communication skills--both written and verbal. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and have the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

You'll also be responsible for working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery. When needed, you'll organise owner meetings to discuss property matters with individual owners or resident groups. Strong Microsoft Outlook skills are essential for managing your diary, prioritising tasks, and staying on top of your workload. You are supported by various specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive property management service.

The salary for this position is negotiable, based on your experience. Please note that a clean, current driving license is required for this role.

The role is based at our office in Rutherglen, Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
