Property Manager Factoring (maternity Cover)
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Property Manager (Maternity cover - 12 Month FTC) to join our busy Aberdeen Office. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential developments across North East Scotland with key duties including:
Managing all repairs and maintenance to common property
Contractor selection and monitoring
Financial planning
Corresponding with Owners' Associations / Owners via phone, email & letter
Carrying out property visits
Holding meetings with owners
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with property management (factoring) experience but candidates with experience in residential letting, surveying, facilities management or housing will also be considered. The role requires strong technical, planning, problem solving and communication skills. Good IT skills and a full driving licence are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
