Property & Maintenance Manager

to oversee a responsive, high-quality maintenance service across our residential lettings portfolio.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for:

Coordinating

reactive and planned maintenance

Managing the

onboarding

of new properties and portfolios Conducting

property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs

Overseeing

contractor performance

and ensuring compliance Working closely with our

Lettings & Management teams

to deliver an outstanding tenant experience
This role is

predominantly field-based

, giving you flexibility and the autonomy to manage your day.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out pre-tenancy inspections and arranging necessary works Coordinating property inventories and tenant check-ins/check-outs Responding to maintenance requests and managing the full repair cycle Liaising with contractors, issuing work orders, and overseeing completion Ensuring all documents (certificates, reports, invoices) are properly logged and audited Supporting admin and accounts teams to maintain compliance and timely payments

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced

in property management, especially in housing or lettings Highly

organised

, with strong decision-making and prioritisation skills Comfortable working

independently in the field

A confident communicator who enjoys

building relationships with tenants, contractors, and teams

Requirements:

1-2 years' experience

in a similar role

Full UK Driving Licence

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office 365

SIA Licence & CSCS Card (Labourer min)

ARLA Level 3

or

M.IWFM

qualifications (preferred)
