The successful candidate should be of professional appearance with a good telephone manner and communication skills.

Some Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of approximately 250 properties.
\xc2\xb7Look after the day to day management
\xc2\xb7Tenancy Agreements
\xc2\xb7Inventories
\xc2\xb7Mid term inspections
\xc2\xb7Final inspections.
\xc2\xb7All systems are compliant
\xc2\xb7Responsible for arranging safety certificates.
\xc2\xb7Liaising with Maintenance
\xc2\xb7Telephone and email enquiries
