Job Description
Property Shop, East Lancashire\xe2\x80\x99s leading lettings agency is offering a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident Property Manager. You will be part of our dynamic team in an expanding and forward looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment in our Accrington office. Role:
- Looking after a large portfolio of properties and clients
- Register potential tenants and arrange viewings
- Qualifying and referencing prospective tenants
- Being the first point of contact and go to person for all tenant enquiries
- Management of tenancy contract and renewals
- Updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
- Building relationships with landlords
- Liaising with the wider team and business
- Prior experience working within the property industry essential
- Prior knowledge of property functions and management essential
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent standard of communication
- Strong administration skills
- Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous
- Company events
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Property management: 1 year (required)
