We are currently seeking a
Property Administrator
to join our team. If you're proactive, committed, and passionate about housing, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow in. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, focusing on tenant and landlord communication, job management, and coordinating maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone and Email Management:
Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring that tenants, landlords, and local authorities receive regular updates on maintenance requests and property issues.
Prioritization and Time Management:
Assess incoming requests, prioritizing based on the severity of the issue, and managing time effectively to ensure prompt resolution.
Tenant and Landlord Interaction:
Address tenant complaints, anti-social behaviour issues, and maintenance queries through email or phone interactions, providing exceptional customer service.
Job Management:
Raise jobs, book contractors, and ensure timely follow-ups on open or outstanding jobs, keeping all parties informed and up to date.
Liaison with Authorities:
Deal with local authorities, portfolio landlords, and potential landlords daily, fostering strong relationships and providing support where needed.
Software Use:
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage correspondence, schedules, and documents efficiently.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong Customer Service Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding service to tenants and landlords.
Interpersonal and Listening Skills:
Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and manage differing expectations.
Environmental Safety Awareness:
Basic skills in assessing and addressing environmental safety concerns, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards.
Deadline-Oriented:
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
Conflict Resolution:
Skilled in handling difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
