Job Title: Property Management and Tenant Support Coordinator
Location: Gower Capital Group hybrid working and independent on site work
Salary: 15.5 per hour
Hours: 10-20 hours a week

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Property Administration and Tenant Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines property management with tenant support, particularly around Universal Credit and maintaining tenancies. The successful candidate will be highly organised, people-focused, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Support new tenants to set up Universal Credit claims to fund their tenancies
Manage administrative issues relating to Universal Credit and liaise with tenants to prevent and resolve rent arrears
Carry out regular property visits to engage with and support tenants
Coordinate and evaluate repair requests, liaising between tenants and tradespeople
Undertake property assessments, including photographing and recording property conditions
Administer all aspects of new tenancy signings, including paperwork, inventories, and key handover
Conduct monthly compliance audits and ensure all properties meet relevant regulations (e.g., gas safety, fire alarms)
Manage property keys, including cutting, labelling, and logging
Maintain accurate records on the property management system
Ensure correct documents and information are issued to tenants in line with regulations
Other associated property management and tenant support duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience and understanding of working with Universal Credit and housing-related benefits
Experience working with tenants or service users who may have support needs
Property management experience (Rent Smart Wales training preferred)
Knowledge of the private rented sector and/or supported housing
A self-motivated, solution-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An outgoing, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Basic maintenance skills (preferred but not essential)
