The role
To effectively project manage Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio in a timely and cost effective manner across the region.
Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores.
Successfully liaise and communicate with the stores' teams to manage repairs and interventions
Communicate with external maintenance suppliers to coordinate interventions
Liaise with Shopping Centre Maintenance and Technical teams
Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics )
All other projects as directed by the Store development manager Europe
About you
Experience in maintenance management
Previous experience in retail sector
High observable level of Customer service
Communicative level of French, nice to have Dutch
Focused on the result
Open and honest communicator
Strong team player and leadership skills
Assertive coupled with an empathetic and supportive style
Attention to detail
Sales ability & Negotiation
Planning and organising
Problem solving ability
