Karnani manages student and professional accommodation across Oxford and now looking for a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Freelancer to handle handyman tasks and maintenance work across our properties. This role offers flexible hours and independence for someone experienced in property repairs and upkeep, ready to respond quickly and deliver quality service.

What You'll Do:

Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and upkeep of properties. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they escalate. Liaise with property managers and contractors to ensure smooth coordination. Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked. Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies. Support emergency repair needs when necessary.
