Are you a confident and experienced property litigation solicitor looking for the next step in your career?
My client is a successful Legal 500 firm looking to bring an experienced property litigation solicitor with 2-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 PQE into its Real Estate team in either the Newcastle or Leeds office.
You would be joining an ambitious and growing firm that offers fantastic career development and progression options in their team.
To be successful you will have gained between 2-6 years of relevant experience in property litigation within a reputable firm and are confident in your knowledge and ability.
Your main responsibilities if successful will be:
- Lease renewal/termination notices
- Service of break notices and advice on their validity
- Interpretation and enforcement of leases and dilapidation claims
- Arrears recovery and service charge disputes
- Advising on tenant insolvency
- Drafting instructions to counsel
- Advising on restrictive covenant and easement disputes
