This forward thinking Bournemouth-based Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Property Litigation department. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes), rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
My client offer flexible hybrid working (office based/working from home).
You will assist with a varied caseload including high value and complex disputes relating to use and occupation of land, lease renewals, as well as claims relating to breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues and landlord and tenant issues.
Your role as a Property Litigation Solicitor will involve:
- Assist with a varied caseload including high value and complex disputes
- Learn and develop from recognised Partners in the department
- Being able to business develop in order to bring new clients in and build up your own caseload
