Job Description
Our client is a Tier 1 international firm looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor (1-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 PQE) to join the Birmingham team.
The successful candidate will be joining one of the largest litigation teams in the world, so they must be a strong communicator and team player, able of handling a wide caseload. They will also have strong attention to detail and organisational skills to help support the varied caseload of this role.
To be considered you must have a proven track record in litigation, a strong understanding of the civil procedure rules and be capable of handling complex litigation matters.
You will be offered the best training and development as well as earn one of the top remunerations within the market.
The caseload of the successful candidate will include issues such as, but not limited to:
- Advising of Owners, developers, investors, and management companies
- Asset management of portfolios
- High profile Court battles over development projects
- Protection of client\xe2\x80\x99s real estate interests
