Job Description
I\'m working with a strong International Law firm who are looking to add a UK qualified Associate to their Real Estate Disputes team.
The Real Estate Disputes team is a full contentious property offering, across all major sectors, with particular strength in the following service areas:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Development-support disputes
- Telecommunications and energy infrastructure disputes
- Sale & purchase, joint-venture and shareholder disputes
- Disputes involving prime central London residences (typically acting for landlords and lenders) concerning bank enforcement and enfranchisement matters
The successful candidate will be, 1 to 3 year PQE lawyers who:
- have qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and have specialised in Real Estate Disputes since qualifying or shortly thereafter
- have excellent academic qualifications
