Our busy Carmarthenshire rental hub needs another efficient pair of hands to join the team, managing a large property portfolio.
Experience with dealing with rentals , Rent Smart Wales and contractors is useful but not essential.
Role includes:
Handling the daily enquiries from prospective tenants/ landlords.
Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective tenants and follow up appointments accordingly.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Be passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
Organise property maintenance management
Arrange and carry out routine property inspections
Other essential skills include: Car owner / driver, excellent IT knowledge, good organisational ability and a team player with great people skills
Full time, permanent position available - 9am-5pm M-F, Saturday 9am-1pm by rota. (Av 37 hrs / week) Part time hours could be considered for the right candidate
Salary dependent on experience - excellent career opportunities for motivated people with extensive rental industry knowledge.
