The Opportunity:
We're on the lookout for a driven and dynamic
Property Investment Consultant
to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for property investors--qualifying leads, building relationships, and ultimately closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound and outbound investor leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand investor needs and match them with suitable property investment opportunities
Deliver engaging consultations and sales presentations
Build trust and rapport to guide clients from initial contact through to close
Manage and update CRM systems to track pipeline activity and sales performance
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and investment strategies
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in sales, ideally in real estate or investment sectors
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of property investment is a plus, but not essential--training will be provided
