Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of residential and commercial properties from conception to completion. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential development opportunities. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to design and plan property developments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property development projects. Liaise with stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and community groups. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes. Oversee the marketing of properties, including upselling features to potential buyers or tenants. Utilise software tools such as Yardi for data entry and project management tasks.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Experience in upselling properties or services is advantageous. Proficient in office software applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Familiarity with data entry processes to maintain accurate records of projects. Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software is preferred but not essential. knowledge of english , urdu ,punjabi ,italian language required

Pay: 26,880.00-35,704.00 per year
