Type of Role: Administrative and Property Management - A diverse and varied role with an emphasis on guest liaison, admin support, marketing and property management. Based in Sheringham.
Hours of Work: 37.5 including Saturday morning in peak season

This is a great opportunity to work within a growing North Norfolk company in the centre of Sheringham. This is a role, for the right person, where you can have significant input and autonomy.
The role will involve understanding the whole business to be able to build the brand, manage enquiries and be involved directly with the properties.
Elements you will be involved in include (but not limited to):
Answering phone calls, taking messages and handling walk in leads to the office.
Liaising with our holiday home owners to offer exceptional customer service
Understanding and working on the booking system
Use of in-house database to create and send targeted marketing emails to
Assisting on creating social media content from around Norfolk
Reviewing marketing and booking rates in order to constantly improve
Identifying new holiday home leads and developing creative and engaging ways to begin contact
Property management, ensuring houses are ready for guests.
Managing cleaners
Occasionally support new holiday home photo shoots
General ad hoc business support as and when needed

Experience/Qualifications required
Experience in administrative work
Ideally having had experience in either the tourism industry or marketing industry
Ability to engage enthusiastically and easily with customers and owners via the phone and in person
Ability to understand the needs of our customers and owners and identify how Norfolk Cottage Agency can help
Tech and social media savvy
Exceptional communicator, able to effortlessly build rapport
Driven individual looking to commit to a local business and to be involved with the business growth
A team player with a bubbly personality who likes to bounce ideas around and offer support to others should the need arise
Ownership of targets and workload - able to self-manage to achieve within the office environment
Someone who can work in a systematic and thorough way and leaves no stone unturned
