Role Summary



This role is pivotal in managing innovation projects within the nutraceutical manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on our diverse product range that includes, Tablets, Capsules, Gummies, Softgels, and Powder Blends. Overseeing everything from core decisions to crucial negotiations, Our

Project Manager

is a key position in our business, therefore, we are seeking a candidate with a very precise set of skills.

This position requires a proactive approach to both internal and external stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and innovation management, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed expectations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be directly linked planning, executing and supervising projects to meet our strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning and Execution

: Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans to guide the execution and monitor progress.

Team Leadership

: Manage and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project success. Identify and address resource constraints and challenges.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency. Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Proactively address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are of high quality. Implement processes to monitor and improve project performance.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenses and forecast costs accurately.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback.

Continuous Improvement:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team. Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practice.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with experience in project management methodologies, and a track record of delivering successful projects. Education/Experience/Qualifications



The role of Project Manager is multifaceted and requires both industry-specific qualifications and technical abilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Formal Education:



A degree in project management, business management, or a related field.

Ideally, professional certification in a minimum of one of the following:

PRINCE2 Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified Project Manager (IAPM).

Skills



Leadership and Management:

Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to project teams.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage expectations and stakeholders.

Organisational Skills:

Ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and databases.

Business Acumen:

Understanding of business principles and how projects fit into a strategic environment.
