An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded construction and projects team, advising on a diverse range of non-contentious matters across real estate, housing, sustainability, and major infrastructure developments.The RoleAs an Associate, you will work on high-profile projects, assisting clients with procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and risk management.Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on non-contentious construction law, including drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
• Working with JCT, NEC, and EPC contracts, ensuring compliance with market norms and client needs.
• Conducting large-scale due diligence exercises and advising on development agreements.
• Providing strategic guidance on risk mitigation in live projects, helping to prevent disputes and insolvencies.
• Supporting clients in commercial and housing development projects, collaborating with key stakeholders in the sector.

The Candidate

• 0-3 PQE with prior experience in construction law or housing development.
• Strong understanding of standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, EPC) and their amendments.
• Ability to manage complex agreements and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
