This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced producer of events and project manager to play a key role in the delivery of exhibitions, showcases and production activities at Camberwell, Chelsea, Wimbledon Colleges of Art.
You will contribute to the successful delivery of a variety of student projects, exhibitions, showcases and productions, such as SHOW, which is our largest final show during the summer and other defined projects, student exhibitions and performance outcomes.
You will be integral to the successful planning and delivery of key events ,working across Camberwell, Chelsea, Wimbledon Colleges of Art on both internal and external projects and overseeing exhibition, event and resource planning.
Monitoring the projects closely, you will be best placed to ensure all agreed operation guidance is communicated to staff and ensuring health and safety principles are being adhered to and all stakeholders understand their responsibilities in the project delivery. You will be agile and holistic in your approach, identifying resource gaps as they arise to recommend areas of additional support.
The continual improvement of the work of the team will rely on periodic evaluation and reporting, as well as contributing to budget recording and other administrative tasks, such as booking temporary staff, engaging contractors, and the procurement of materials and equipment.

About you
You will have undertaken a degree in Art, Design or Performance, or will have equivalent experience. You will be a strong communicator, be extremely organised and value diversity and inclusion.
Project management experience and experience in the delivery of events is also essential and you will need the ability to effectively plan and deliver complex projects or activities.
You will also need the ability to coordinate and manage people effectively and promote collaboration across diverse teams.
