Job Description

We are seeking administrative project support for the Construction Team and Project Manager, working on solar and battery projects for industrial Clients.

The role requires a confident and multiskilled person who will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and coordinate support across the business unit.

Essential Responsibilities



Liaising with contractors and suppliers where needed Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails Scheduling appointments for internal and external meetings Keeping track of pipeline and communications with customers using Salesforce Ensuring invoices are raised in line with contractual agreements Create, raise and track purchase orders Option to attend exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, your team, and other members within the wider business. Organise site welfare facilities, ordering of equipment, working alongside the project manager Owning tender documents for projects Maintain consistent document control across projects. Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly internal training sessions Attending occasional site visits and site meetings Liaising with the construction team over day-to-day activities and helping track project progress. General administration tasks as and when required Contribute to regular content and updates of company website and social media platforms Contribute to the development of social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Key Skills



Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software where applicable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills Team player Able to take direction Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise own workload Be able to multi-task Hardworking, flexible and reliable with good attention to detail Adaptable and works well under pressure Customer focused with excellent relationship management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
