Project Quantity Surveyor career opportunity with a construction consultancy based in Nottingham city centre.

This new career opportunity is with a diverse, entrepreneurial and forward thinking multi disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham. This firm has a wealth of experience delivering the highest standard of technical services in Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying and work with a wide range of clients.

Projects include quite a lot of retail and commercial work alongside other areas such as aviation. Their client base in excellent and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to train with a great team of Construction professionals. They are able and keen to support you in gaining your MRICS or MAPM professional accreditation and have been very successful with this recently.

We\'re looking for an articulate, ambitious and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Ideally you will already have at least 2-3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / PQS within construction consultancy or another similar client side role. Good knowledge of the construction lifecycle and construction contracts are a must and ideally you will already have experience delivering both pre and post contract cost consultancy services. Beyond this, we\'re just looking for someone who is passionate about developing a career in construction and is keen to gain great project experience working alongside a talented Project Management team.
