Project Operations Manager



Job Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Operations Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end management of product photography projects. This role requires a balance of operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across a variety of creative campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities



Oversee the full lifecycle of product photography projects, from requirements analysis and concept development to timeline management and quality assurance. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, budgets, and deliverables. Liaise with clients and marketing teams--often in English--to ensure brand alignment and consistency in visual style and tone. Coordinate schedules and resources across photography, styling, makeup, and post-production teams, addressing cross-departmental and cross-time-zone communication challenges. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Track project budgets and conduct cost analysis; produce optimisation reports based on data insights. Maintain and update project management systems (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Monday.com), ensuring accurate documentation and integration of client feedback. Ensure all projects meet internal quality standards and relevant compliance or regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Management, Photography, or a related field. Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP) is highly desirable. At least 1 in project operations, with a proven record of independently leading 10+ projects. Strong command of English with excellent intercultural communication and negotiation skills. High proficiency in project management software (Asana, JIRA, Monday.com). Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities; strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure. Skilled in data analysis and report writing to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3,100.00-3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
