Job Description
Job Role: Project Manager/Senior Estimator
Location: Plymouth (covering South England)
Leadership position responsible for overseeing commercial and education interiors estimating and fit out.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Analyse project specifications, plans, designs and other documentation to prepare estimates.
Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers and clients to understand project requirements and ensure all relevant factors are considered in the estimate.
Prepare detailed proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope.
You must have experience in project management, client & stakeholder relations, team management as well as estimating.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, engineering, architecture, estimating or a related field preferred.
Full and current driving licence required
Monday to Friday hours, 42.5 hours per week.
Car allowance and business fuel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 57,000.00-60,000.00 per year
