About the role
We are seeking a keen, motivated and committed individual to manage and support the delivery of council-wide projects and programmes.
You will be responsible for developing and driving through medium-term transformation and improvement projects and programmes.
You will undertake the planning, and management of individual projects and programmes, monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
You will actively contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of standards and good practice approaches to project and programme management and business process improvement.

Your skills, knowledge & experience
Professional qualification or degree.
Experience of successful management of projects.
Experience of managing change, improvement and transformation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective stakeholder relationships.
A proven ability to influence, negotiate and challenge.
