Project Manager - Transforming Children\'s Services - \xc2\xa3550 per day
We require an experienced Project Manager for up to 4 months to join a new Programme of change in our Children\'s Services Directorate.
Recent reviews of the following functions have resulted in recommendations for improvement in Education, Skills and Post 16 Education Improvement We need experienced an project manager to be able to plan and implement the changes required.
The successful candidate will;
- Be appropriately qualified with experience of delivering change within Children\'s Services.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the complex issues and the skills to navigate them successfully.
- Have a background in professional change planning and delivery
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with our objectives and goals.
- Engage with the service to ensure buy in and understanding of the changes required.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Champion best practices and innovative solutions to manage risk to children and families while reducing costs.
- Foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement across our services.
- Work with other Project Managers within the Programme to manage dependencies and deliver change consistently.
To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a social worker.
