They are looking for a Project Manager with General Contracting / Shopfitting experience:

Role

• Prepare project quotations, timelines, critical milestones quality and costs.
• Responsible for the continuous budgetary control pf the ERP system
• Support sales during planning, quotation, and variation stage
• Support operational procurement including supplier management.
• Control and reconcile commercial documents, POD and commercial invoices.
• Manage own GC expansion projects in all work phases.
• Deliver and maintain agreed project, technical and financial targets - on budget and on time.
• Maximise project success by identifying and executing variation and snag management.
• Assure transparency of costs in projects
• Share lessons learned with the project team.
• Prepare project hand-over for the Key Account Manager
• Define and control targets and timelines for procurement.

• Ensure at all-time Corporate Health and Safety rules are implemented.

• Industry related experience - General contracting experience essential.
• Working knowledge of architecture, civil engineering, or construction technician
• Experience in managing complex expansion projects.
• IT user skills (MS Office, MS Project, AVA software e.g. AMS)
