Project Manager (Security Compliance & Regulations) - Contract
My client a top retail company are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis until May 2024. This role will be working from home with scope to come into the offices based in London. Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.
The new Product Security & Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act comes into force on the 29th April 2024. The act extends to all \'small products\' which have the capability of connecting to the internet or network. You will ensure compliance with the associated responsibilities prior to the implementation date.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and own the set up and design of various workstreams within this initiative working closely with the business lead and other professions to ensure meeting cadence, actions and next steps are communicated.
- Ensure the PAOP and granular project planes are created and tracked against
- Ensure a budget tracked is created and maintained in line with timelines and approved spend
- Managing the day to day relationship and communication with all internal teams
- Successfully managed a legislative change initiative or equal scale and complexity
- Effective stakeholder management spanning multiple professions
- Project and programme methods including project plan creation, risk and issue management
- Track record of delivering outcomes within challenging timelines
