Project Manager (Sales & Growth)
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Project Manager (Sales & Growth) is responsible for managing the sales process in Overdales. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
This role is a 12 months fixed term contract and you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the Pre-sales Manager. Together you will develop new products or services, identifying potential clients, and creating marketing plans to attract new business. The Project Manager will provide significant input to the delivery of strategy, including future product development and understanding the external servicing markets needs and requirements.
As Project Manager you are responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and deliverable outcomes and communicate progress and issue resolution. Another important task is to increase accountability amongst the sales team and stakeholders. This involves ensuring that all parts of the Overdales business understand the requirements in the opportunity and have been appropriately briefed before proceeding to executive sign off.
Working closely with the wider Overdales business, you will be required to create comprehensive project plans encompassing tasks, resources, timelines, and dependencies. Success in this role will be demonstrated through overseeing project activities, monitoring progress, managing risks, and increasing productivity \xe2\x80\x93 including budget, scope and time \xe2\x80\x93 and delivering sustainable profitable business for Overdales.
