Following recent successes in winning a number of exciting projects with a number of top clients our Cambridge office are seeking to appoint high calibre staff who are ambitious and want to further develop their career.

OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to speak with high calibre project managers to support our projects in the Cambridge and the wider region to lead on some of our high-profile projects.

Our current sector workload includes; commercial, Life Sciences and Pharma, data centres, development, logistics, health, education, digital and manufacturing.

You will be self-motivated and will enjoy working face to face with Clients, taking full responsibility for the delivery of your projects. The successful applicant will be given opportunities to develop themselves within our dynamic business.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• A Project Manager will:
• Successfully manage their projects
• Engage directly with the client
• Lead the project team and client stakeholders
• Engage with the wider market.

Qualifications

• Ideally Degree qualified plus professional qualification.
• Proven minimum of 2 years\' experience in real estate Project Management
• Professionally qualified via a relevant professional body e.g. RICS, APM, ICE, CIOB or a desire to work towards
