Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Oxfordshire \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid
Salary: \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 + Car Allowance
Reports to: Sales Director

Our client is one of the Nation\xe2\x80\x99s leading signage and graphics companies, using state of the art machinery to provide high-quality signage, hoardings, and marketing suite interiors. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing signage projects from conception to completion and have industry knowledge.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial client contact, through to installation and final handover. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to have a proactive and positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client projects from end to end, including surveying, organising and processing
- Brief Estimators, Production, Studio and Installation teams effectively to cost and manage jobs
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
- Liaise with design agencies, clients, sub-contractors, and installers to get the job done within agreed timeframes
- Upselling, and creating new business from existing clients
- Work under own steam but also as a team, helping across departments in the absence of other members of staff or where required
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Always maintain a high quality of work and customer service.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in managing signage projects from conception to completion
- Industry knowledge and experience working in a similar role within the industry
- Superb project management skills: able to prioritise, multi-task, stay calm under pressure and delegate effectively
- Equally good communication skills, written and verbal
- Commercially focused; sales and customer-service driven.
