Project Manager - Telecommunications

Up to \xc2\xa365,000 with excellent benefits

Milton Keynes - hybrid working.

We have a very exciting opportunity for a methodical and experienced Project Manager to join a global business in Milton Keynes. As part of the projects team, you will take ownership for delivering multi-site telecommunications installation projects. These are managed networks provided for large corporate customers, and could be any connectivity: satellite, terrestrial, 4G.

You will manage the initial planning and implementation of a project, and then ensure that customer and business requirements continue to be met on an ongoing basis.

Some of your duties will include:

• Planning of projects, using accepted methodology
• Maintenance and proactive management of project issue log and project plan
• Manage the relationship with the customer and supplier to facilitate delivery of project
• Prepare, manage and control project-related documentation
• Preparation of customer project reports
• Report and review contractor performance against service level agreements
• Review and reporting of project costs against work breakdown structure

Skills and experience that are highly desirable to our client:

• Proven track record of delivery of corporate customer network solutions (multi-site) projects, with full life-cycle experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven customer service abilities, with good interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritising and focused on meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solver who takes ownership and will chase down problems to resolution.
• Detail-oriented and capable of analysis.
• Project Management qualification
• Background in terrestrial or satellite communication, telecommunications or network or system integration projects.
• Experience working with High-profile corporate customers with significant customer contract.
