The Transformation department, encompassing the Programme and Portfolio Delivery Team, plays a vital role in effectively driving the BA Roadmap. This department covers various crucial areas such as program and project management, financial management, resource management, plan/schedule management, scope management, and both waterfall and agile methodologies. As the role holder, you will assume responsibility for delivering all project management activities within the assigned projects from the BA Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into steady state operations and fostering continuous improvement. You will also be accountable for defining resource demand forecasts, managing resource levels, and ensuring budget targets and program/portfolio objectives are met through ongoing plan and schedule management.
You must possess the qualities of an engaging and empathic leader, with clear and articulate interpersonal skills. In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to excel in both individual and team leadership and management, demonstrating a highly organised and structured approach. With a track record of delivering projects in a defined and efficient manner, prioritising the business needs of customers.
