About the role
Working with high-net-worth clients and best in class interior designers and architects, this family run consultancy provides cost and project management services on a range of commercial, prime and super prime residential projects. Typically, these range from \xc2\xa32-\xc2\xa322mill with the exception up to \xc2\xa350m and beyond, throughout west and central London as well as estates in the home counties and surrounding countryside.
As a Project Manager you will join the young vivacious team in the London Bridge office, following their hybrid mode of working expected to hit the ground running working both autonomously and collaboratively. Your role will be client facing from day one so communication is key when it comes to building and maintaining those relationships. Due to the close-knit nature of the company, you\'ll gain exposure to multiple services lines including cost management which will help to advance your career prospects.
About you
The successful Project Manager will have minimum of 2/3 years\' experience. They can come from a contractor or client-side background but must be client facing with high end clients. You will be able to meet deadlines, build and manage relationships with clients and work efficiently under pressure.
