The Project Manager is a key contributor managing all aspects of projects from initial client engagement to go-live. You will have expertise in on-boarding for new clients, have strong project management skills, as well as an affinity for the management of technical tasks with clients. You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging projects and work across industries and geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized training, to help you grow as a project manager.Key TasksCo-ordinate day-to-day project delivery, manage project scope, budgets, delivery timelines and resource allocations for a portfolio of small to medium sized projectsEstablish a trusting relationship with customers and partnersMaintain project metrics and health in Kyribaxe2x80x99s PSA tool, including estimated go-live dates and budgetsMonitor project hours and financial budgets, and communicate project budget consumptionManage projects to agreed scope and manage changes via a risk, issue and change log shared with the client and project teamDevelop straightforward project timelines that ensures project goals are met, and actionable tasks are clearly defined with ownersProactively manage risks, issues and changesConduct regular project oversight meetings with clients, project team and other stakeholdersReview and approve timesheets of implementation consultants working on owned projects in a timely mannerReview and approve client consulting invoices for owned projectsDevelop a functional knowledge of the Kyriba software and integration methods via Kyriba Academy trainingApply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementationsEnsure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management softwareEnsure timesheets are entered accurately and on-timeMaintain a billable utilization rate of 80%What We're looking forProject management experience preferred in SaaS implementations, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experiencePMP, Prince2 or other project management certification is a plusKnowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk ManagementBaccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance or relevant work experiencePrevious experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plusCritical thinking and out-of-the box solution approachStrong verbal, written and presentation skills
