The role of the ICT Project Manager is to lead and drive this project to delivery in line with the business & IT strategies. Supported by a team of business analysts, you will manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to post implementation, and will undertake the day to day management, resource planning and reporting through proactive management.
In addition you will actively engage with project stakeholders, and organise and attend steering meetings .You will facilitate workshops and be an advocate for gaining consensus on systems and process alignment across the businesses.
You will have a wide range of project management experience and will have an insatiable appetite and interest in delivering projects on time, on budget and of an excellent standard by taking a pragmatic approach without compromising good programme governance. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to manage challenging stakeholders and sponsors at all levels of the business. This role requires excellent change and stakeholder management skills.
